Bane (the new villain in The Dark Knight Rises) is filming a scene on Dirthridge and Fifth in Oakland (Pittsburgh, PA) that is supposed to take place along with the prison break scene. You can also see Christopher Nolan (Director) in the Khaki pants and dark blue suit coat.

admin Warner Bros. has just released the first poster for their big summer 2012 tentpole; The Dark Knight Rises. The film is the third in director Christopher Nolan’s Batman trilogy, and boasts an ensemble cast including Christian Bale, Anne Hathaway, Tom Hardy, Joseph Gordon Levitt, Marion Cotillard, Michael Caine, Gary Oldman, and Morgan Freeman.
Leaked Batman: Arkham City Gameplay Trailer
July 8th, 2011 admin Just a short time ago, Rocksteady Studios released a 12-minute official gameplay trailer for Batman: Arkham City.
While that trailer floored us with its showcasing of Catwoman as a playable character and Batman flying throughout Gotham City and taking down foes, we didn’t think we would see any more footage for quite a while. We were wrong.
It looks like Rocksteady was more than willing to show the attendees of WCG 2011 an extended portion of the game and someone was able to capture the demo on camera. This exciting video highlights a number of Batman’s new abilities, including smashing through walls, his new smoke bomb, and a leg-choke from above. The in-game dialog is hard to hear and you have to deal with PR manager Dax Ginn’s overacting, but you won’t see this stuff anywhere else. At least not yet.

Animated ‘Batman: Year One’ Trailer
July 7th, 2011 admin The next animated feature from DC Entertainment and Warner Premiere will be the adaption of the acclaimed Batman story from Frank Miller, with Bryan Cranston, Ben McKenzie, Eliza Dushku and Katee Sackhoff lending their voices to the main characters.

Batman: Year One — otherwise known simply as Year One — is a 1987 comic book story arc written by Frank Miller and illustrated by David Mazzucchelli. The story finds a young Bruce Wayne who has spent his adolescence and early adulthood traveling the world so he could hone his body and mind into the perfect fighting and investigative machine. But now as he returns to Gotham City, he must find a way to focus his passion and bring justice to his city.
Retracing Batman’s first attempts to fight injustice as a costumed vigilante, we watch as he chooses a guise of a giant bat, creates an early bond with a young Lieutenant James Gordon, inadvertently plays a role in the birth of Catwoman, and helps to bring down a corrupt political system that infests Gotham.
Breaking Bad’s Bryan Cranston will voice Jim Gordon, while Ben McKenzie is Bruce Wayne/Batman. Dollhouse’s Eliza Dushku will play Catwoman, and fan-favorite actress Katie Sackhoff will voice Detective Sarah Essen, a love interest to Gordon. Alex Rocco has also been announced to be playing crime lord Carmine Falcone.
Bruce Timm previously confirmed that a Catwoman short would be attached to the feature. Batman: Year One is directed by Lauren Montgomery and Sam Liu and scribed by Tab Murphy. The animated film will be rated PG-13 and is due out in this fall but will make it’s world premiere at the San Diego Comic-Con in July.

12 Minutes Worth Of Footage From ‘Batman: Arkham City’
July 4th, 2011 admin 12 minutes worth of video footage from the forthcoming Batman: Arkham City video game has been released for viewing on the internet.
Batman: Arkham City is the upcoming sequel to action-adventure stealth video game Batman: Arkham Asylum, based on DC Comics’ Batman, for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii U, and Microsoft Windows. It is being developed by Rocksteady Studios and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment. The game was officially announced during the beginning of the 2010 Spike Video Game Awards and is scheduled to be released worldwide the week of October 18, 2011.
1st Dark Knight Rises footage of Catwoman and Batman
June 30th, 2011 admin When it comes to Christopher Nolan films, everything’s done under the radar. He’s the Ethan Hunt of directors, so whenever there’s a leaked photo or video we’re like moths to a flame. Some amateur footage has surfaced from The Dark Knight Rises that features Anne Hathaway and Christian Bale, who look mighty comfortable together.
The scene takes place on a rainy day, which it really isn’t judging from the T-shirt wearing crew members on the street. From the looks of it, Selina Kyle and Bruce Wayne are on a joint mission. Bruce knocks on the door of a house but gets no answer, so Selina walks up and whisks him away.
We might be over-romanticizing the scene just a tad, but Selina does grab his hand. We’re not sure who’s supposed to be behind that door or why Bruce wants to talk to them, because we’re more interested in the dynamic between him and Selina.
Are these two going to have a full-on relationship in the movie or are they going to kill us with two hours of “will-they-or-won’t-they sexual tension? Either way, 2012 can’t get here fast enough!
The Dark Knight Rises opens in theaters on July 20, 2012.
